3. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dashixy reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time prior to shipment. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Dashixy website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Payment

Dashixy accepts payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize Dashixy to charge the total order amount to that payment method.

All payment transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Dashixy does not store complete credit card information on our servers. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors who comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

If payment authorization fails or is declined, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you via email. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate. Dashixy reserves the right to require alternative payment methods or additional verification before processing orders.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or chargebacks initiated in bad faith, Dashixy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, report such activity to appropriate authorities, and ban the customer from future use of our services.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Dashixy offers free shipping within the United States for all orders. There are no shipping costs or minimum order requirements for free shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information. Dashixy is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Dashixy pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost or damaged shipments. Dashixy will reasonably cooperate with such claims upon request.

7. Returns and Refunds

Dashixy offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Please note that there is no statutory "cooling-off period" or mandatory right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law; our 30-day return window is Dashixy's own voluntary policy provided for your satisfaction.

Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility, including but not limited to final sale items, personalized or customized products, intimate apparel, and products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies. Dashixy reserves the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds for items that do not meet our return policy conditions.
